Down one such stone-paved alley, a sudden scampering echoed, followed by a hideous snarl. A monstrous form lunged at her from the shadows, its gleaming eyes reflecting the terror in her own. With pulse pounding and survival instincts igniting, Lara faced the creature of darkness. Armed with her trusty revolver, the clash between human and beast was swift.
